I welcome online transactions which are subject to the following terms and conditions:Payment:
Personal Cheque
Please make payable to Paul Winder. Please note: No goods will be shipped or refunds made until cheques have cleared in the bank. Delivery times (see below) will run from when funds have cleared.
PayPal Credit/Debit Cards:
Click the "Buy now" button and follow the online directions. Credit/debit card payments are securely processed by PayPal and currency conversion is automatic so that payments can be easily made from most countries and bank accounts.
PayPal has a very high level of security, customer privacy and protection. All transactions are performed over maximum security encryptions and card/bank details are not stored or made available to me in any way.
If you do not already have a PayPal account (PayPal underpins thousands of businesses worldwide), you will need to open one. They are free and very easy to open in just a few minutes - just follow the online directions.
Delivery:
Prices quoted include UK mainland delivery and packing. Goods will normally be delivered within 7 days of confirmation of payment, but please allow up to 30 days. Overseas customers: Please contact me before placing an order so that delivery charges and times may be individually calculated.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after you receive the goods. However, you must notify me in writing via the contact page first. Goods must be received by me in their original condition and shipped at your cost. Funds transferred by cheque must also have cleared before any refund is made. Once returned goods have been received and checked, you will be given a full refund, usually via the same payment method as for purchase.
Overseas Customers:
I am happy to ship goods overseas but please contact me first before placing your order as post and packaging will need to be calculated and added to the price. Please note; I am not prepared to deviate from my payment terms indicated above.
General:
